We ship every order from our own warehouse, packed securely and fully tracked. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100.

Processing time
Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also follow every order from the My Orders page in your account.
Taxes
Sales tax of 8% is calculated on your subtotal and shown before you pay. Shipping costs are never hidden — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Delivery issues
If a parcel arrives damaged, is marked delivered but never reached you, or is delayed by more than 5 business days, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
